Most Asian and Mexican restaurants have vegan options. With Asian restaurants you will want to make sure to ask that they do not put egg in the rice and ask if there are any fish products in their sauces. With Mexican restaurants check to see if they use chicken stock in their rice, or lard in their beans and make sure to ask for no cheese. Guacamole (without sour cream) is a good cheese substitute.
